In the Administration 
System Background Jobs view, click Actions.
You can use the Vessel Event Billing Extract background job to extract marine events according to a schedule, automatically. Use the VESLBILLING004 (BILLING_EXTRACT_FREQUENCY_IN_MINUTES) (on page 1) setting to create the schedule for the Vessel Event Billing Extract background job.

To extract unit events using the Vessel Event Billing Extract background job:
In the Administration System Background Jobs view, click Actions.
Select the Launch Marine Event Billing Extract option to start the Vessel Event Billing Extract background job.
The Vessel Event Billing Extract background job displays in the list view. N4 adds the name of the operator in the current scope to the Vessel Event Billing Extract background job name.
Once started, N4 executes the Vessel Event Billing Extract job at the frequency specified in VESLBILLING004.
